I’m changing jobs within where I work. I’m going to a sister company of where I work. My ex-boss gave me some hot peppers he grew. 1 Ghost Pepper, & 3 Carolina Reapers. I’ve played lots with Ghost Peppers, but that’s the hottest I’ve gone. Carolina Reapers are a whole new game. I can balance heat & sweet(I can do a mean Mango & Ghost Pepper hot sauce), but one of the hottest peppers in the world?

On to the job change. Dry wall is the biggest seller where I work, so I’m going on the trucks delivering it. A little raise, & lots more hours. Another exciting thing, I’ve known it for months, but have not told people really. I’M GONNA BE AN UNCLE NEXT YEAR, HELL YEA. My sister is having a girl over the winter.

Yes, kids can run high temps easily. You have to keep an eye on them.

Insane stuff. I had some mango habanero wings from BWW the other day and I had to have a cup of milk with them. I can’t even fathom eating one of those.

I did nasty Ghost Pepper hot sauce that was a “screw you, & you life” level of heat. That was 12 Ghosts, 5 Habaneros, & some Pencil peppers(1/2 way between a habanero & ghost), & other things. You taste the garlic & onions 1st, then heat hit you like a 747. I can’t do them  raw & plain.

Damn, I can’t imagine that heat level. Sriracha is my comfort spot - spicy enough and very tasty  and my exit hole doesn’t hurt for days.
